Is the tea part of the boba suposto be hot or cold ?

Add brown sugar. Remove the tea bags/tea leaves and stir in the brown sugar. You can use dark brown sugar or light brown sugar.

Trying to make this now and the recipe has a lot of issues. Step 4 doesn’t say what to use a fourth cup of. I’m assuming the whipping cream.

If making ahead, add the whipped cream just before you drink your milk tea.
